This Privacy Notice explains how Trenton Business Assistance Corporation, doing business as Regional Business Assistance Corporation (“RBAC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information submitted through LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms. This Notice applies specifically to information you provide when interacting with an RBAC advertisement or lead generation form on LinkedIn. It supplements RBAC’s general Privacy Policy available at https://www.rbacloan.com/legal/privacy.

Information We Collect

When you submit a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form, LinkedIn may provide us with information obtained from your LinkedIn profile or entered by you into the form. Depending on the particular form, this information may include:

• Name;
• Email address;
• Telephone number;
• Company or business name;
• Job title;
• City, state, country, or region;
• Information concerning your business or financing interests; and
• Any other information requested in, or voluntarily submitted through, the form.

RBAC will not request Social Security numbers, bank account information, financial statements, or other sensitive financial information through a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form. If such information is needed in connection with a financing application, RBAC will request it separately through an appropriate process.

How We Use Your Information

We may use information submitted through a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form to:

• Respond to your request for information;
• Contact you regarding RBAC’s loan programs, advisory services, or referral partner opportunities;
• Determine which RBAC programs or services may be relevant to you or your business;
• Provide requested materials and follow up on your inquiry;
• Send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with any consent you provide;
• Maintain records of inquiries and communications;
• Measure and improve the effectiveness of our advertising and outreach campaigns;
• Protect against fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Submitting a LinkedIn Lead Generation Form is not a loan application and does not constitute an offer, approval, or commitment to provide financing.

How We Disclose Information

We may disclose your information to:

• RBAC employees who need the information to respond to your inquiry;
• Service providers that assist us with advertising, communications, data management, website operations, or customer relationship management, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations;
• Governmental agencies, regulators, law enforcement authorities, or other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law; and
• Attorneys, auditors, and other professional advisers assisting RBAC.

RBAC does not sell or rent personal information collected through LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms.

LinkedIn separately processes information in accordance with its own privacy policies and terms. RBAC is not responsible for LinkedIn’s independent collection or use of information.

Data Retention

We retain information collected through LinkedIn Lead Generation Forms for only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide information about our programs and services, maintain appropriate business records, and satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, and operational requirements.

Data Security

RBAC maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. No method of electronic transmission or storage, however, can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending upon applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information maintained by RBAC.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in the communication or by contacting RBAC. An opt out request will not prevent RBAC from responding to a specific inquiry or sending nonmarketing communications when otherwise appropriate.
